On a 10-point scale -- Laurie LaDow is an eleven. I have known Laurie personally for several years. I have also followed her sales record, because we knew we would eventually sell my mother-in-law's home. Laurie had the right combo for us and Cressy & Everett has a great reputation as well. Going in, we had a sense of the property value. The home is a villa/combo and there are plenty of comps. Our interest was getting the best price we could -- without being on the market very long, ideally less than 6 weeks. We went to contract about 48 hours after we put the house on the market -- and had competing bids. Laurie did a marvelous job negotiating and we made substantially more than we expected, in less time than we expected. You CANNOT beat that! Everything about our sale was perfect. I was particularly impressed with Laurie's research, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiating skills. Just as important was how well Laurie worked with our family and how well she communicated with my mother-in-law as we prepared the home for sale. We are very happy customers.
